I keep getting an Internet Explorer Security Warning?

It reads-

This program will open outside of protection mode. IE Protected Mode helps protect your computer. If you do not trust this website do not open this program.

Name: Windows Host Program Rundll.32

Publisher: Microsoft Windows

Why am I suddenly getting this? What is it? Should I allow or not? It does not give me the option to allow all the time.

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME?

I keep getting an Internet Explorer Security Warning?norton internet security 2008

A few more details would help, like is this VISTA and IE7?

Assuming it is, it sounds like the web sites you are visiting are trying to run Java or other scripts (programs). But, since you haven't told Vista that you trust these web sites, it is trying to protect you....

In particular, this page describes what to do if you are getting this error:

Basically, you should be adding the web site to your Trusted Sites list:

Add Trusted Sites:

1. In Internet Explorer 7, select Tools.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Select the Security tab.

4. Select the Trusted sites zone.

5. Select the Sites button.

6. Add the URLs to the list of trusted sites:

7. Select OK.
