Go to the start button, control panel, security center, then on the left side click "change the way security center alerts me". I don't really understand your question, maybe it's the answer.
If I am understanding you correctly, and you are saying that your SECURITY PROGRAM is giving you a message, then you should listen to it and debug your program. Some of these bugs can actually empty money from your bank accounts, if you do online banking. Take these bugs seriously; some bugs can only hurt your computer, but some of the nastier ones can hurt YOU!
