I had the same thing happen to me. The best thing to do is reformat. Because I seriously tried everything and nothing worked.

Your computer is infected with rogue antispyware program

1.Download the spyware removal tool from http://www.sff.notlong.com

2. Unzip the folder called Smitfraud.zip and run a file called smitfraudfix.cmd in the folder.

3.Follow the menu screen options and select option 1,2,Q

4.restart your computer once

5.Download a spyware software like XoftSpy SE from http://www.geeksjunction.com to check your computer for spyware.
