I really really need a way to get on the internet with my psp without having a router for my computer because i don't have one. (please don't ask me to buy another one.)

You can not connect wireless without a router. The router controls the wep settings. If you are trying to use an existing wireless connection without the owners permission you are risking prison, it's illegal and the authorities take it very seriously now.
