I have a computer problem please help?

i think i figured out what the problem was, the activex controls are all messed up and ive tried fixing it by going to security settings but thats not the problem. i think i need to clean the registry from what ive read.what i wanna know is reg cure or pc bug doctor are safe to use and do they work.

I can't help you without knowing the symptoms beyond just "the activex controls are all messed up".

Always be careful when playing with the registry. Use a backup program because simply exporting the entire registry %26 reimporting it won't work via the regedit interface. It's only good for single registry keys. MS lack of fully functioning tools at work once again.
