control panel....Internet options..security tab....set all at default...if u have been hijacked if u have expert knowledge u can re store u setting ur self if u have limited knowledge re-format hard drive is quicker than try to reset it ur self ....if u have a re-store on computer using Win XP ....restore to last good known configuration....good luck

it can block any annoying popup ads. it can prevent most of the virus in the webpage, as you know, most of the virus is spread through internet.

Your probably right. You should get it fixed right away.
check all files, c/d drive , delete any suspected file.
