Any time I try to download anything today on my PC I get the following error message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I have ZoneAlarm security, but have not changed any of its settings since a couple days ago when I could download games and attachments in my email just fine.
Please help me.

maybe it's your firewall or virus protection programs...or maybe the website of the thing that your downloading is not working anymore
